Here is a great energy drink which is really a meal in its own right, but a great way to add some important nutrients to your body.

Serves 2:


2 oranges, peeled

2 apples

4 carrots

2 celery sticks

1 beetroot

2 tomatoes (optional)

7 kale leaves (or 1 bunch of spinach)

ginger, to your liking



Run all ingredients through a juicer.
