Ingredients:

1 large banana

1/4 cup of fresh coriander, chopped

1 lemon, juiced

1 Tbsp fresh ginger, chopped

1/2 tsp of jalapeno pepper (medium sized chili), seeded and chopped (add more to taste as you prefer)

1/4 cup water

Method:

Blend all ingredients in high powered blender or food processor and serve over salad.
