For a great salad dressing, put this in your fridge and add to all green salads for a truly great taste!


1 cup of water (preferably filtered of metals) – you can add a bit more if you want to stretch it further and make it runnier.

2/3 cup of raw cashews

4 Tbsp of balsamic vinegar (sugar free)

2 Tbsp of organic Dijon mustard (sugar free)

4-6 pitted dates

1 clove of garlic


Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy and then refrigerate and add to all your salads. It is also brilliant on a kid’s wrap.
