This is a brilliant healthy breakfast when you are in a hurry or a great dessert. It takes about 3 minutes!

Serves 2


2 cups wild or frozen blueberries

4 Medjool dates, pitted and chopped

1/4 cup chopped walnuts

1 banana, sliced (frozen or fresh)

4 strawberries, chopped (frozen or fresh)

2 Tbsp mixed seeds (pumpkin and sunflower seeds work well)


Place the frozen blueberries, strawberries and banana to a saucepan and heat. If using fresh blueberries and strawberries add them more towards the end of your cooking. After 2 minutes add the chopped dates. Once hot, add the nuts and seeds and serve. You can add a small amount of coconut milk or almond milk to this dish as well if you want to.
