Ingredients:

500g  (approx) of baby Brussels sprouts, whole
1 tsp orange zest
1/2 cup fresh orange juice
1 Tbsp grated fresh ginger
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbs organic coconut oil

Method:
Preheat oven to 200 degrees (400°F). Mix all ingredients except the Brussels sprouts in a small bowl. Place
the Brussels sprouts in a small baking dish and pour over the sauce. Roll the sprouts around the cover them fully in the sauce

Cook for about 30 minutes stirring halfway through to evenly brown.

Enjoy as a side dish or a healthy lunch.
