6 kale leaves

8 carrots

2 stalks of bok choy

2 apples

1 large beetroot or 2 medium

1 cup watercress with stems

1 large piece of ginger


Run all ingredients through a juicer.

Note: This is a really high nutrient meal and a great way to use up some older greens if you need to. Within reason you could interchange in some spinach if you wanted to. A pinch of ginger also smooths out the taste if you like ginger.
