Makes 1.5 Litres


6 medium carrots

1/4 head of cauliflower

2 apples

1 bunch of kale (about 10 leaves or thereabouts)

1/2 bunch of watercress (or use bok choy although it is slightly more bitter but ok)

1/2 head of broccoli with stems

1 piece of ginger (optional to taste). I use a piece about the size of your thumb.


Run all ingredients through a juicer. Serve with ice made from alkaline water.
