Ingredients:

1.5 bananas

1/2 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen

1/2 cup strawberries, fresh or frozen

1 Tbsp organic goji berries (optional)

1 Tbsp organic hemp seeds (optional)

2 tsp chia seeds

1/2 Tbsp of ground flax seeds (optional)

2/3 cup rice milk, oat milk or almond milk

Method:

Blend all ingredients in a high powered blender and enjoy.
