Thanks to the Darge family in Hamilton Vic for this little gem. A high nutrient hit that will take you through to lunch.

Ingredients:

1 banana

1 apple

3 large kale leaves (or use baby spinach)

1/2 large cucumber (about 1.5 cups)

1 – 2 cups water, depending on how you like it

Method:

Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Enjoy.
