Ingredients:

1 cup of coconut cream (270mL tin works perfectly)

juice from 1/2 large lemon

1/3 cup of fresh mint leaves

1/2 tsp high quality rock salt or sea salt, unprocessed

Method:

Place all ingredients in a high powered blender until consistently processed. Store in refrigerator.
