Serves 3

Ingredients:

Water from 1 young coconut (plus as much baby flesh as you can blend and mix in)

2 large sweet potatoes

2 carrots

3 pears

1 tsp cinnamon

Method:

Run the sweet potatoes, carrots and pear through the juicer and then add all other ingredients (except coconut flesh) and mix well. Remove and blend the flesh from the baby coconut with about 1/3 of the juice mixture and then add back to the mix.
