This is  a great recipe for a dipping chocolate (ideal with a fruit platter) and is totally healthy and sugar-free. All ingredients are an appropriate and healthy source of nutrients and calories.

Ingredients:

1.5 cups of raw almonds (or use walnuts for a white chocolate)

1 cup of unsweetened almond milk

1 Tbsp of natural cocoa powder or cacao

2/3 cup of pitted dates

1 tsp vanilla extract (try and not use vanilla essence which has sugar and chemicals)

Method:

Blend all ingredients in a blender until creamy and add a bit more milk if required.

A brilliant dessert or snack with a fruit platter or refrigerate for a stunning and healthy homemade chocolate.
