Thanks to Lynelle Stewart for inventing this little gem. This is seriously yummy!

Ingredients:

3/4 cup cocoa butter, melted

1.5 cups mixed raw nuts (almonds, cashews, walnuts, macadamias all work well)

6 Medjool dates, pitted

3 figs, dried and stem removed

1/4 cup of raw sesame seeds

1/4 cup organic coconut oil

1/2 cup raw unsweetened cocoa powder

Method:

Melt the cocoa butter on a stove top. Combine all ingredients in a food processor until well processed. Put mix in a flat tray on baking paper and refrigerate. Once cold and set, cut into slices and store in an airtight container.
