Quick and easy snack for the kids and one which is becoming quite popular on whole food sites.

Ingredients:

1 can organic chickpeas, rinsed

2 tsp ground cumin (optional)

2 tsp ground cinnamon

1 Tbsp organic coconut oil

Method:

Place chickpeas onto a baking dish with baking paper or foil on the base. Pour over the oil and then paste it all over the peas by rolling them around well in the oil. Sprinkle over the spices and bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes or until crunchy. Give them a turn at 15 minutes.

Enjoy a great healthy snack.
