1 large banana, chopped (pre-frozen chopped bananas work really well)

1 cup frozen cherries, pitted

1/2 cup frozen blueberries

2 pitted dates, finely chopped

2 cups oat milk (or rice milk or almond milk)

1/2 tsp vanilla extract (not essence which has sugar)

1/2 tsp cinnamon


Place all ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy.
