If you have plenty of frozen berries and some celery about to go off in the bottom of the fridge this is a great little breakfast or treat.

Ingredients:

5 stalks celery, chopped

2 bananas, chopped

1 red delicious apple, chopped

1 cup strawberries, frozen or fresh

1 cup raspberries, frozen or fresh

1 cup water

Add about 10 ice cubes if you used fresh ingredients just to get the mix nice and cold.

Method:

Blend all ingredients in a high powered blender until pureed.
