1 cup raw cashews

1 cup almond milk

1/4 cup of diced brown onion (red onion works as well)

1 Tbsp of vegetable seasoning (optional).

Blend all ingredients until creamy. Ideal to pour over steamed kale, silver-beet leaves or spinach, but is great for all vegetables. Try our Nuts for Kale recipe and pour over baked kale leaves for a really nice variation.
