Serves 2-4 depending on portion sizes you like.

Ingredients:

1 3/4 cups water

1 cup of quinoa or old fashioned rolled oats

6 pitted dates, chopped

2 bananas, sliced

1/2 cup puree Acai Berries

1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen

1/2 cup chopped walnuts

1/2 cup raisins or sultanas

1 tsp cinnamon

1 Tbsp ground flax-seeds

1 Tbsp sunflower seeds

Method:

Bring the water and oats to the boil in a saucepan and stir in all ingredients, except the Acai puree, blueberries and flax-seeds. Simmer for five minutes. Then stir in all other ingredients and cover for 2-3 minutes and serve.
