Prepare your crepe mix from our basic crepe recipe or buckwheat crepe recipe.


1/4 cup fresh strawberries, chopped

1/4 cup fresh blueberries

1/4 cup pitted cherries, chopped

1 Tbsp organic goji berries (optional)

Handful of mixed nuts including pine nuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and sesame seeds

3 Tbsp coconut cream, preservative free

1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

1/4 cup of macadamia nuts around the side (optional)


Set aside 1 Tbsp of coconut cream to complete. Mix together all the chopped fruit, the remaining coconut cream and vanilla extract into a bowl. Once combined, spoon the mixture onto half the crepe and then fold the crepe over on itself and add the final coconut cream to the top and serve.
