Ingredients:

2 cups fresh basil leaves, firmly pressed down (1 bunch);
1/4 – 1/3 cup virgin coconut oil;
1/2 cup raw cashews, walnuts and/ or pine nuts;
3 garlic cloves, minced;
Peppercorns to taste.

Method:

Put the basil, garlic and nuts in a food processor and pulse until everything is chopped.
Add the coconut oil and peppercorns and pulse again until smooth.

Enjoy immediately or make a bigger batch and freeze the leftovers. Great as a pasta sauce or a dip with fresh raw veggies.
