Serves 2-4:

2 bananas, quartered and frozen for 24 hours

2/3 cup of natural walnuts (or use half walnuts and raw almonds)

about 2/3 cup of almond milk (or oat milk or rice milk) – adjust as required

Blend all ingredients in a high powered blender and serve immediately. This is a delicious sorbet or ice-cream and great way to finish a lovely meal.
