Serves 2-3:

Ingredients:

2 cups diced pawpaw, fresh or frozen

1 1/2 – 2 bananas

1 tsp ground ginger

6 pitted dates, chopped

4 large leaves of kale (stems removed) or baby spinach

1 cup water (alkaline if possible)

1 cup ice cubes

Method:

Blend all ingredients until smooth.
