This is a simple little breakfast treat which is a favourite with the babies. Use organic ingredients.

Remember that many foods are only suitable for kids who are 6-12 months old and many foods are only recommended from 7 months. Please do your own research as there is much conflicting opinion as to when to start kids on baby food.

Our recommendation is not before 7 months.

1 serving

Ingredients:

1/3 banana, mashed

1 tsp avocado

Method:

Mash really well in a small bowl and serve.
